Registration payments are collected to process candidate registration and verification requests through UrbunLink.

Cancellation Requests

Candidates may contact support for cancellation-related questions. Requests are reviewed based on registration status and operational processing already completed.

Refund Review

Refund requests, if any, are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where technically supported by the payment gateway.
